The streets of the Ramblas
The promenade is divided into five different parts of the Ramblas, together called the Ramblas. From Plaça de Catalunya towards the coast you will come across the following Ramblas: The Rambla de Canaletes (Catalunya station): This street was named after the black and bronze colored fountain. According to legend, you will definitely return to Barcelona when you drink the water from this fountain. The Rambla dels Estudis: On this part of the street you will find various stalls with fish and bird (cages). The Esglesia de Betlem, a baroque church from the 17th century. Rambla de Sant Josep (Liceu station): For its large number of florists, also called the ‘Rambla de les Flors’. On the right side is the Mercat de la Boqueira market. A magnificent fresh market, which you absolutely must visit at the start of the day. Rambla dels Caputxins: In this section of the street you will find the most number of street performers. Taking a side street, you can admire on the left the most beautiful square in Barcelona, Plaça Reial, and a building by Gaudi, the Palau Guell. The Gran Teatre del Liceu is also located here on the Ramblas. At night, this section of the Ramblas becomes somewhat of a “red light district”. La Rambla de Santa Monica (Drassanes Station): Here you will find a large number of portrait painters. Where is La Rambla in Barcelona? The Ramblas run from Plaça de Catalunya, Barcelona’s central square, to Port Vell near the statue of Christopher Columbus. The Ramblas form the exact boundary between the Gothic quarter (‘Barri Gòtic’, or the historic center) and El Raval. Formerly, El Raval was a neighborhood with prostitutes and high crime. Today, this district is very mixed and a fashionable district for comedians and artists. In this district, there are also many bars, restaurants and night clubs
The best time to come and visit Barcelona
Barcelona city has a Mediterranean climate. Here the winters are cool and the summers are hot. July and August, the ideal months for the beach, are the hottest months and temperatures can soar up to 35 degrees. Thanks to its favorable location on the seaside, the Spanish city often benefits from a cooling sea breeze which ensures a pleasant temperature. During the winter months of January and February, the weather cools down with temperatures below 10 degrees, but the best times for your city break are spring and autumn. 1. Sagrada Familia

2.Parc Güell is the famous park with the mosaic benches and the salamander. As a place to visit, Park Güell should not be missed during your visit to Barcelona. 3. FC Barcelona Camp Nou Stadium
